The staff was very responsive to my emails before arrival, providing useful information about taxi rides and proximity to desired areas. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a spacious bathroom. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and close to the river and many small cafes and restaurants. The hotel had a wide variety of beverages available at a low cost.

Spending Easter in a new city can be tricky, but this hotel made it memorable. The staff was super friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed it. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the balcony that offered an amazing view. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the old town, and there were many small cafes and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the fact that we could easily access public transportation. Finally, the hotel provided tasty snacks at a low cost.
While we had a great time, for non-native speakers of the local language, there was a language barrier with some staff. However, they tried their best to be accommodating, and we felt comfortable.

The coffee was nice and there was a wide range of beverages to choose from. the location was ace; near the town center and there were a lot of amenities around. I appreciate the staff's immediate response via email before our arrival.
There was a significant language barrier which made it hard to communicate and the staff struggled to understand my requests. the room was tiny and not suitable for five people as suggested.

The hotel location is great, with easy access to public transportation. Guests can take a bus to the city center or walk to nearby areas of interest. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms, and some even have balconies with lovely views. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing information about the area and answering guest queries. Breakfast is decent with a variety of beverages available in-house.
Language can sometimes be a barrier for non-local visitors, as not all staff members are fluent in English.
